Penerangan Pekerjaan - SEO & AI Content Strategy Lead

Role Summary


As the SEO & AI Content Strategy Lead, you will own KKday’s content strategy and organic growth initiatives across multiple markets.


You will be responsible for developing scalable content ecosystems that drive organic traffic, user engagement, and revenue while leveraging AI technologies to enhance content production efficiency and effectiveness.


Beyond traditional SEO and editorial planning, you will design AI-assisted workflows, establish content quality frameworks, and identify new opportunities arising from changing search behaviors, including AI-powered search experiences and generative search platforms.


You will work closely with Product, SEO, Marketing, CRM, Paid Media, and Business teams to ensure content contributes directly to business objectives and customer acquisition goals.




Key Responsibilities


1. Content Strategy & Editorial Leadership



  • Own and manage KKday’s content strategy and editorial roadmap across travel destinations, experiences, transportation, attractions, and seasonal campaigns.

  • Develop content frameworks that align search demand, traveler intent, and commercial priorities.

  • Build topic clusters and content ecosystems that strengthen KKday’s topical authority and search visibility.

  • Lead editorial planning, content production, publishing schedules, and content lifecycle management.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external contributors to ensure consistent content quality and brand voice.

  • Establish editorial guidelines, content governance, and quality assurance processes.




2. SEO & Organic Growth Strategy



  • Conduct keyword research, search trend analysis, competitor benchmarking, and content opportunity assessments.

  • Develop SEO strategies that improve rankings, organic traffic, engagement, and conversion performance.

  • Optimize content structure, metadata, internal linking architecture, and user experience.

  • Monitor search performance through Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, and other SEO tools.

  • Analyze changes in search behavior, AI-generated search results, and emerging search technologies.

  • Identify opportunities related to AI Overviews, Generative Search, and future search experiences.

  • Partner with Product and SEO teams to improve landing page discoverability and search performance.




3. AI Content Operations & Automation



  • Design and implement AI-assisted content production workflows using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and other emerging AI technologies.

  • Build content automation workflows

  • Develop reusable prompt libraries, editorial playbooks, and content generation frameworks.

  • Establish human-in-the-loop review processes to ensure accuracy, quality, and brand consistency.

  • Continuously evaluate new AI technologies and identify opportunities to improve productivity and content performance.

  • Measure and optimize AI-assisted content efficiency through data-driven experimentation.




4. Content Performance & Analytics



  • Define KPIs and success metrics across traffic, engagement, conversion, revenue contribution, and content ROI.

  • Build reporting frameworks and dashboards to monitor content effectiveness.

  • Conduct performance reviews and content audits to identify optimization opportunities.

  • Run experiments and A/B tests on headlines, content formats, user journeys, and distribution channels.

  • Translate data insights into actionable recommendations that support business growth.




5. Multi-Channel Content Distribution



  • Develop content repurposing strategies across blogs, CRM, social media, short-form video, and owned marketing channels.

  • Transform long-form content into scalable assets suitable for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, EDMs, and in-app communication.

  • Collaborate with CRM and Growth teams to maximize content reach and engagement.

  • Ensure content distribution strategies support both acquisition and retention objectives.




Required Qualifications



  • 3–5 years of experience in SEO, content strategy, editorial operations, digital publishing, or related fields.

  • Proven track record of growing organic traffic and improving search performance.

  • Strong understanding of SEO principles, search intent analysis, keyword research, technical SEO fundamentals, and content optimization.

  • Experience managing editorial calendars, freelance writers, agencies, or content teams.

  • Hands-on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, or similar platforms.

  • Experience designing AI-assisted workflows, prompt systems, or content automation processes.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Looker Studio, or equivalent tools.

  • Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills.

  • Professional proficiency in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or equivalent practical experience.




Preferred Qualifications



  • Experience within travel, OTA, e-commerce, marketplace, or digital consumer businesses.

  • Familiarity with automation platforms such as n8n, Make, Zapier, or Relevance AI.

  • Experience with content localization and multi-market content strategies.

  • Understanding of AI search optimization, Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), and emerging search ecosystems.

  • Experience managing content ROI, attribution analysis, and growth experiments.

  • Knowledge of structured data, entity-based SEO, and topical authority frameworks.
