About the Role

This role focuses on creating high-quality English and Chinese content using ChatGPT and other AI tools, ensuring alignment with SEO goals and brand tone. It includes managing and growing Reddit accounts through community engagement, optimized posting, and trend monitoring to drive organic visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Focus primarily on content creation, using ChatGPT and other AI tools to efficiently produce and refine high-quality English and Chinese content that aligns with the SEO team’s goals and brand tone.
• Play a key role in managing and growing Reddit accounts, building brand visibility and driving organic traffic through community engagement, post optimization, and monitoring trending discussions.
• Conduct competitor and digital marketing research to identify industry trends, content opportunities, and insights.
• Support the SEO team by coordinating various marketing-related tasks, ensuring all deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Track and report content performance using GA4 and Google Search Console, contributing to regular performance reviews and insights.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and maintain strong attention to detail in all assigned projects.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the financial industry.
• Strong understanding of Reddit’s algorithm and community engagement practices.
• Basic knowledge of content SEO principles and ability to apply them when creating or evaluating content.
• Proficient in GA4 and Google Search Console (GSC).
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese (written and read).
• Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a fast learning ability, especially in leveraging AI tools for high-quality, efficient output.
• Experience with App Store Optimization (ASO).
• Prior involvement in SEO-related projects.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted content workflows or automation tools.
