Help Desk & IT Support (Information & Communication Technology)
- Manage the delivery of server orders and provide after-sales maintenance to customers.
- Diagnosing and resolving various hardware, software, server, and network issues.
- Collect, analyze, and resolve technical issues that customers encounter, both before and after the sale.
- Adhere to strict work handover protocols and provide consistent and accurate information.
- Follow the company's customer service standards and procedures and stay up-to-date with the latest products and technologies.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the company's reputation for excellent customer service.
- Minimum Diploma in IT or a related field required
- Proficient in Windows, with basic knowledge of Linux and databases.
- Familiar with server and storage products as well as network equipment installation.
- Understand the configuration and maintenance of network switches, routing devices and security products
- EPF, SOCSO, EIS
