SERVICE ASSISTANT MANAGER - Competitive Pay

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Breakdown support hotline
• Service dealer management - include training, audit and visitation
• Servicing of fleet customer
• Support service dealer / workshop and attend to customer issues if needed
• Follow up all aftermarket vehicle issues, parts liaison and feedback for improvement
• Monitoring of vehicle tabulation and ensure sufficient parts stocking in each region and work closely with SPD personnel on this
• Any special projects, vehicle modification follow up
• To seeking and appoint any qualifying workshop to be service dealers to support after sales.
• Assists customer to resolve service, technical and spare parts issues
• Breakdown coordinator as arrange those vehicles which need breakdown support.
• To conduct R&D for improve products quality
• To carry on improvement campaign or call back campaign if necessary.
• Job requires candidate to travel around Malaysia at times

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Minimum 3 years’ experience
• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or relevant discipline
• Preferably working experience in Automotive is an advantage
• Able to communicate and write proficiently in Mandarin/ English & Bahasa is preferred

• Demonstrate leadership skills, with the ability to lead and motivate field service teams.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
