We are looking for Service Associate H – Cook (Colleague Restaurant) to join our team!

As our Service Associate H - Cook (Colleague Restaurant), we rely on you to:

• Support the daily operation of the restaurant


• Provide a high-quality service to our colleagues


• Ensure the smooth operation of the work section appointed

• Ensure the food quality is always of high standards


• Maintain the food preparation process in alignment with Shangri-La's service and hygiene standards


• Ensure all Health and Safety standards and policies are followed correctly 


• Ensure accurate food preparation based on the monthly menu rotation


• Ensure timely set-up according prior to the restaurant opening hours

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a passion for Culinary


• Enjoys interacting with people


• Must have experience working in either a restaurant or a hotel environment


• A self-starter and a team player


• Committed to serving food of the highest quality


• Displays curiosity and takes time to learn and understand new culinary trends


• Willing to work shifts


• Is a strong team player


• Has a can-do attitude


• Willingness and enthusiastic to learn.
