Service Automation Engineer (Splunk/Geneos)

• We are seeking a skilled Service Automation Engineer with strong experience in monitoring and performance tools, specifically Splunk and ITRS Geneos. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in automating operational processes, maintaining monitoring platforms, and ensuring system reliability across enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and optimize monitoring solutions using Splunk and ITRS Geneos.
• Develop automation scripts using Python and Shell Scripting to streamline operational workflows.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify issues, ensuring high availability and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement monitoring best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to monitoring dashboards, alerts, and data ingestion.
• Support and enhance existing automation frameworks and monitoring infrastructures.
• Generate performance insights and dashboards for operational and leadership review.

• Strong experience with Splunk monitoring and performance tools.

• Hands-on expertise in ITRS Geneos Gateway Configuration.
