Job Overview:
The Service Crew is responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take orders accurately and handle customer requests
• Serve food and drinks promptly according to service standards
• Ensure customer satisfaction and handle guest inquiries politely
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area
• Follow company service procedures and quality standards

Requirements:

• Able to communicate in basic English, Mandarin, and Malay
• Friendly, polite, and customer-oriented attitude
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• No experience required (training provided)
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  

Working days: 6 days
Working hours: rotational, 7.5hours per day
