Job Description: As a Service Crew Member, you will be an essential part of our team, ensuring that our customers have a memorable dining experience. You will be responsible for greeting customers, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their orders.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders from customers.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms.
• Clear tables and ensure the dining area is tidy and presentable.
• Assist with food preparation and packaging as needed.
• Restock supplies and condiments to ensure availability.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for customers and staff.

Requirements:

• Friendly and outgoing personality with strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Previous experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and carrying.
