Service Crew (Non-Halal) - Positive Work Culture

Job Responsibilities:

• To welcome customers, take orders and serve food and beverage to customers according to restaurant’s standards
• To handle customers inquiries and complaints in a courteous manner
• To ensure personal hygiene, restaurant hygiene and safety standards are kept at all times
• To be able to explain, recommend and upsell the restaurant's products to the customers
• Receiving and processing customer’s payments
• To be able to communicate and cooperate with all FOH and BOH staff
• To be able to adhere to relevant health department rules & regulations and customer service guidelines
• To assist the supervisor or manager when needed

Job Requirements:

• Applicant must be passionate in food and beverage as well as taking care of customers
• Pleasant personality, good interpersonal skills and well groomed
• Confident, persistent, dedicated, and able to work with minimal guidance.
• Able to communicate in English & Bahasa Malaysia
• Able to work on shifts, weekend and public holidays
• Applicant must be willing and able to work in Kuala Lumpur and Klang Valley area
• Applicant must be willing to be transferred to different outlets if needed
• Applicant must be willing and able to work in a NON-HALAL restaurant
