What success looks like in this role:

• Provide support to all operations centres for facilities and purchasing matters.

• Response to all issue on a timely basis

• Understand the criticality of all operations.

• Perform duties in accordance with policies and procedures

• Build and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders

• Maintain proper record and filing.

• Assist with the general office admin matters as assigned.

• Identify areas for continuous improvement and enhancement of the processes and procedures

• Take responsibility for follow-up services or problem escalation

• Analyze and highlight vendor operations performance

• Complete and submit reports as requested

• Support process improvement initiatives

• Possesses a minimum of 3-4 years of working experience.
• Prior experience in office admin and procurement function will be added advantage
• Ability to work with team members, peers and external parties (such as vendors, building management, government agency and etc).
• Must be able to work to specific service level agreement (SLA) requirement.
• Familiar with Microsoft office
