Service Delivery Executive

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS: 

1. Monthly Reporting 
   1. Work with SDMs and own the creation/modifications of monthly reports on behalf of SDMs 
   2. Create monthly internal/external reports for SDMs review 
   3. Modify monthly reports based on SDMs’ instructions 
   4. Check and distribute monthly reports to all key stakeholders 
2. Monthly Invoicing 
   1. Follow up to ensure Fujifilm countries (Subsidiaries) in APAC trigger invoicing to customers based on monthly reports 
   2. Update SDMs on monthly invoicing status 
   3. Follow up to ensure Subsidiaries receive payment and escalate issues to SDMs 
3. Monthly Payment 
   1. Follow up to ensure that all monthly payment between FB and non-FB/non-FBAP entities for support services rendered to specific accounts are processed 
   2. Update SDMs on monthly payment status and escalate issues to SDMs 
4. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Business Solution Global Services Delivery Management team or Service Delivery Manager. 

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Min 1-2 years of work experience in services environment, preferably in an outsourcing context on service reporting. Having experience in Managed Print Services an advantage.
2. Must be detailed, numbers-oriented and process driven in generating the desired outcomes. 
3. Must have good communication skills and be able to liase with people across functions, organizations and geography. 
4. Ability to learn and adapt to new processes and tools, and to react and adjust positively to changes. 
5. Problem solving skills and continuous improvement mindset. 
6. Must have basic computer knowledge and demonstrated high proficiency in MS-Excel, Outlook and other PC applications including Power BI and Power Automate.
7. Must be fluent in English language with proficiency in written/verbal English communication skills.
