Service Engineer

Responsibilities:

• To carry out the service & repair work
• Provide trouble-shooting report/service & checking report to customer
• To advise customer on solution for problem with equipment or application.
• Generate Goldmine report for work done
• To plan and coordinate effectively and efficiently for service work
• To attend site meeting and handle customer complaint
• To monitor and lead the service team in carrying out the service and repair work
• To promote after sales service, calibration service and contract to customer
• To manage and execute project
• To attend site meeting and handle customer complaint
• To prepare Quotation, P/R, carry out Internal Checking Form for incoming goods
• To give delivery instruction (generate D/O & Invoice to Admin Dept)

Requirements:

• Service capability for portable/respective department items
• Ability to write service report in English
• Able to follow instructions from Superior
• Ability to plan and coordinate with customer for service job
• Advance knowledge on the subject matter
• Ability to generate Quotation, P/R using SQL (authority to sign)
• Safety knowledge on the job and at site (CIDB & NIOSH passport)
• Ability to operate Goldmine & SQL
• Basic CAD knowledge (draw, edit, print functions, etc)
• Ability to operate Microsoft Office: Words, Excel, Powerpoint
• Ability to lead a service team and supervisory skill
