(CSSB) an engineering company providing engineering service, maintenance service, supplying equipment, spare parts and consumables to the field of oil & gas, petrochemical, power generation, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), as well as industrial processing. CSSB is expanding for better achievement in oil and gas industry mainly for downstream. CSSB main strength is providing a complete range of maintenance and supply spare parts for all types of heat exchanger and industrial cleaning. It constantly investing in expanding services and products range to meet the industrial needs from capacity to supply component sub-systems to complete systems in future.

Qualifications & experience

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field
• Knowledge of maintenance and repair of heat exchanger, pump, compressor, valve, or instrumentation is advantageous.
• A valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
• Fit for offshore work

Tasks & responsibilities

• Using various strategies and tools to provide effective solutions to customers' concerns.
• Coordinating and communicating with team members, clients, contractors, subcontractors, or others to ensure that services are delivered effectively.
• Promptly following up on service requests and providing customer feedback.
• Monitoring equipment and machinery performance and developing preventative maintenance measures, and preparing all necessary equipment, spare parts, consumables and tools required to perform servicing jobs.
• Conducting quality assurance and safety checks on all equipment.
• Monitoring inventory and reordering materials when needed.
• Writing service reports and presenting findings.
