We are looking for a ServiceLeader - Safety & Security to join our team!

We are hiring this position to support the Security team to maintain Law and Order and to procure a safe and crime free environment within the hotel premises.

As our Service Leader - Safety & Security, we will rely on you to: 

• Responsible for the supervision of all security staff and contracted security staff in the implementation and observation of all security and safety policies of the Hotel.


• Be responsible for access control and patrols.


• Response to emergency events according to the standard safety procedures


• Maintain Hotel security and protect safety and assets of all Hotel guests, visitors, employees


• Project a professional, efficient and reassuring image to all Hotel guests, visitors and employees


• Respond to emergencies according to standard operating procedure (SOP) and ensure the safety of guests and colleagues

We are looking for someone who has: 

• Diploma / Certificate or above with professional qualifications in Security Management


• Minimum of 2 years experience with minimum 1 years supervisory experience in Hotel / Security industry.


• Knowledge of security access control system, alarm monitoring system and CCTV system.


• Good Interpersonal skills and communications skills.


• Good command of spoken English and Malay.


• Able to work independently.


• Able to assess risks and perform independent Security operations.


• Is a friendly, helpful and trustworthy leader.


• Natural ability to anticipate guest's needs.


• Able to commit shift duty.


• Due to work permit restrictions, only citizens of Malaysia and Permanent Residents of Malaysia shall be considered.
