Service Technician

Roles

• Perform maintenance on the process equipment and restore equipment to normal

operating condition and produce service report.

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients, addressing issues

related to system performance, maintenance and upgrades.

• Assist customers to plan intervals of preventive maintenance, spare parts inventory,

analyse risk and recommend consumable and critical spare parts purchase.

Qualifications

1. SPM or Diploma in any related engineering field.

2. Fresh graduate or 2 years of experience in any engineering field.

3. Strong interpersonal skills and confident.

4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to work comfortably with people at all

levels.

5. Results-oriented, self-motivated, energetic, professional, reliable, and a team player.

6. In-dept technical knowledge in engineering field.

7. Technical minded, attentive learner and detail-oriented.

8. Problem solving skill.

9. Able to travel locally and overseas.
