ServiceNow Asset & Configuration Management Engineer L3

Job Summary

We are seeking a ServiceNow Asset & Configuration Management Engineer (L3) to lead CMDB and Asset Management architecture, governance, and advanced troubleshooting. This role serves as the technical SME and escalation point.

Key Responsibilities

  Design and govern CMDB and IT Asset Management architecture

  
  


• 
  

  Lead CMDB strategy, data model design, and best practices

  
  


• 
  

  Handle L3 escalations and complex CMDB/Discovery issues

  
  


• 
  

  Optimize Discovery, Service Mapping, and integrations

  
  


• 
  

  Define CMDB governance, policies, and audit processes

  
  


• 
  

  Mentor L1/L2 engineers and provide technical guidance

  
  

Requirements

• 
  

  6+ years of ServiceNow experience with strong CMDB expertise

  
  


• 
  

  Deep knowledge of CI class models, relationships, and data governance

  
  


• 
  

  Hands-on experience with Discovery, Service Mapping, and integrations

  
  


• 
  

  Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills

  
  


• 
  

  ServiceNow Advanced certifications preferred
