Shift Leader

Responsibilities:

• Manage production operations, coordinate production staff and ensure the quality and profitability of products.


• Ensure production build schedule and goals is met. 


• Trains the workforce for production. Manage and motivate the staff, monitoring them to ensure they meet performance and safety requirements.


• Ensure production staff in a shift are disciplined and trained to procedure according to the quality standards, ISO 13485 and GMP regulations.


• Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor time to time.       

Requirements:

• At least a Diploma in manufacturing field or equivalent.


• Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in manufacturing field.


• Knowledge in ISO 13485 and 21CFR820 would be an added advantage.
