Shipper - Leading Industry Pay

Job Responsibility:

• Competent in accurate and proper handling of import / export / licensing documentation and operation.
• Responsible for import/export shipment arrangement which includes vessel booking and preparation of shipping documents such as invoice, packing list, Delivery Order & others related documents if required.
• Liaise with the government departments to apply & renew license (Basic LMW license knowledge is very important.
• Apply relevant certificates/form to cater for the needs of export customers such as COO, Form D/Form E & etc.
• To handle all export shipment arrangements / issue to ensure the OTD to customers / from suppliers.
• To provide estimation shipping cost to sales / sourcing / purchasing when it is required.
• To liaise with customer / forwarding agents for K9 declaration.
• To ensure customer / supplier comply to the LMW license requirement for all supply or purchase the activities.
• Handle daily operation and shipping technical matters.
• Solves and makes decision pertaining to shipping documentation, forwarding and shipping / operations shipping issue as well as inter-department liaison.
• Responsible to obtain better shipping cost/mode and improve the efficiency of shipping.
• Prepare Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly custom report per rules and regulation requirements.
• Verify all import / export billing and submit to Finance for payment purpose.
• To ensure RBA, Supplier Code of Conducts requirements are being met.

Job Requirements:

• Possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, in any relevant fields.
• Working experience related to LMW licensing environment. Good understanding of shipping (import & export) and custom procedure. Understanding the declaration procedure to environmental department, such as schedule waste declaration. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, MRP system
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in electronics manufacturing / OEM / EMS field is required for this position.
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skill.
• Dynamic, aggressive & organizing skills with positive working attitude.
• Customer focused and oriented.
• Knowledge in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 13485 and IATF 16949.
