Shipper / Receiver Team Leader III

Job Overview

Overseeing daily activities to ensure efficient handling, storage, transportation, and delivery of shipments and goods; suggests improvements to processes to increase efficiency.

Job Requirements

• Lead daily warehouse receiving operations, including manpower allocation, goods receipt and material put-away.


• Ensure accurate verification of incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery documents.


• Perform and monitor SAP transactions to ensure timely and accurate inventory updates.


• Manage receiving discrepancies, damaged materials and documentation issues.


• Coordinate with Quality, Sourcing/Buyer and Production Planning to resolve material-related issues.


• Provide operational leadership and coordination support to the separate Kitting Team.


• Monitor kitting priorities, kit accuracy and on-time material readiness for production.


• Ensure material traceability, FIFO compliance, inventory accuracy and proper storage.


• Drive warehouse housekeeping, 5S, safety compliance and continuous improvement.


• Supervise, guide and develop team members to achieve operational targets.

What your background should look like

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a manufacturing environment.


• Previous experience leading or supervising warehouse personnel.


• Hands-on experience in receiving, inventory control and material handling.


• SAP system experience is preferred.


• Knowledge of kitting operations, FIFO, lot traceability and warehouse safety.


• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving and organisational skills.


• Able to manage priorities and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
