Shipping & Logistic Executive - Fast Hire

Job Description & Responsibilities:

• In charge of logistic activities including preparing full set of shipping documentation (CIPL, BL, K1/K2CO, CA) for import / export shipments from inquiry phase until completion of the deliveries & receipt (import/export) in accordance with the consignees & requirement, respective authority regulations, trade term compliances.
• Responsible for all sales coordination tasks, including Sale order (SO) processing, Job Order Management, monitoring status of SO until finished goods are ready to be delivered to our global offices.
• Coordinate and liaise with various parties (production department and external suppliers) on production, loading, delivery schedule and to ensure orders are processed, shipped, and delivered within the timeline.
• Planning & negotiating with consignee / shipping agent / forwarder on the shipment quotation, shipment incoterm term & HS code.
• Liaise with RMCD on all matters related to licenses & applications.
• Prepare LMW monthly mandatory reporting submission to RMCD and audit for subsequent year renewal.
• Prepare document for applications with RMCD on disposal of used materials, importation of new raw material and machinery.

Job Requirement

• Candidate should possess a degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or Business Administration,
• At least 3 years of working experience is required, preferably from logistics, manufacturing and warehousing, Storage & Distribution backgrounds.
• Possess solid knowledge of import / export, warehousing & inventory management, customs clearance procedures, MITI Free Trade Agreement.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Power Point – Excellent user
• Familiar with ERP i.e SAP system
• Proficiency in English & BM, verbally and in written
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work cross-functionally and vertically for information.
• Possess strong verbal & written communication skills to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders
• Self-motivated, resourceful, mature, and highly initiative to work independently in a pressured environment.
• Strong sense of commitment with strong sense of work integrity
• Responsible for applications CA & COO with MITI on all outbound shipments and follow up the status of approval and completion of deliveries.
• Maintain proper records of shipment data, systematic filing and storage of shipping documents for audit purpose.
• Undertake any duties and responsibilities assigned by Reporting line manager.
