Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee shipping processes

• Address and resolve shipping-related issues, such as delays, damages, or discrepancies.
• Prepare detailed reports and performance metrics for shipping activities.

Knowledge and Skills Needed

• Good English proficiency
• 1-2 years experience, but fresh graduate with right qualification and attitude can be considered
• computer skills. 
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
