Job Description

The SIBG Training Analyst is responsible for administering digital training assets and learning platform system activities, supporting the digitization and delivery of training content, and streamlining training processes across the business. This role manages learning platform administration, online learning content publication, training data tracking, translation coordination, and dashboard reporting to support scalable, high-quality training operations.

The role partners closely with training leaders, subject matter experts, divisional trainers, and regional stakeholders to develop, deploy, and maintain digital learning solutions. It requires a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with experience in training administration, content management, reporting, and stakeholder communication. The ideal candidate brings strong digital learning support capabilities, analytical skills, and the ability to improve training processes through technology and standardization.
