Site Admin (Penang/Johor/Cyberjaya/Melaka)

Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support)

• Organize and manage site documents including invoice, delivery order, drawings and files.
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone and office supplies.
• Proactive reporting to Head Office.
• To assist in office supplies for site staffs.
• To manage and assist visitors to the site office.
• To perform ad hoc assignment as and when required by the Management.

Job Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in Business Studies/Administration or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs; Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Able to start to work immediately.
