· Allocate document numbers to ensure consistency with in-house software standards.
· Administer documents to ensure routing to the right reviewers in a timely manner.
· Disseminate, monitor and track incoming & outgoing of documents/transmittals.
· Maintain and update document log on daily basis.
· Perform quality control and maintenance of the register/database of all documents and correspondence including their associated metadata received or issued by the project.
Carry out secretary duties as and when required.
