Site Engineer

• Develop, implement, and monitor QA/QC procedures, inspection plans, and quality control checklists to ensure all works meet project specifications and industry standards.

• Conduct regular site inspections and audits for structural, architectural, and M&E works to verify compliance with approved drawings and method statements.

• Identify non-conformities and quality issues, issue NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), and follow up with contractors on timely corrective and preventive actions.

• Review material submissions, samples, test reports, and workmanship quality to ensure they meet project requirements before installation.

• Coordinate and witness testing and commissioning (T&C) activities for various building systems, ensuring proper functionality and performance.

• Maintain accurate quality documentation, including inspection records, test results, NCR logs, and QA/QC reports for project tracking and audits.

• Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and internal project teams to resolve quality-related issues and improve overall construction standards.

• Monitor and verify works during key construction stages such as concreting, waterproofing, façade installation, and finishing works.

• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and authority standards, especially for high-rise construction requirements.

• Support defect management and DLP activities by inspecting units, identifying defects, and ensuring timely rectification before handover.
