- Assist the Site Manager to supervise the overall Construction projects on site i.e. ensure correct preliminary work, work scheduling and implementation and handing over of projects.
- Assist to Organized and supervise manpower, equipment and material at site.
- Supervises and coordinates all construction and associated work includes supervision of Sub-Contractors.
- Establish relationship with the Client Representatives.
- Plan programme, instruct and monitor work implementation schedule to ensure timely completion.
- Monitor the progress of work based on scheduled given
- Develop project cash flow/budget projection for submission to Site Manager for approval.
- Responsible for Site Contractual Administration (VO claims)
- Responsible for Site Quality Control and Monitoring, ensure that necessary quality records are maintained.
- Raise up any discrepancy for the clarification either in term of drawing or technical construction method.
- Analyze and investigate the problem early and resolve any site problem
- Up-date site daily record.
- Report on actual site work progress.
- Coordinate weekly meeting.
- Responsible for good liaison with Local Authorities and adjacent property owners.
- Oversee Safety and Health procedures assisted by Safety and Health Officer.
- Follow any instruction and work as may be assigned by the superior and above.
