Penerangan Pekerjaan - Site Engineer M&E

Supervise and manage all Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works on-site, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and fast-track project requirements.
Coordinate closely with multiple subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure seamless execution of M&E works in a high-paced environment.
Monitor site progress aggressively to meet tight timelines, particularly for critical systems such as HVAC, electrical distribution, fire protection, and ELV systems.
Ensure proper sequencing and integration of M&E works with civil and structural activities to avoid delays and rework.
Review and verify shop drawings, method statements, and technical submissions to ensure constructability and compliance.
Lead and resolve technical coordination issues on-site, especially clashes and installation constraints.
Liaise with relevant authorities (e.g., TNB, BOMBA, SPAN, DOSH) for inspections, testing, and timely approvals.
Oversee testing & commissioning activities, ensuring all systems meet operational and performance requirements (critical for data centre readiness).
Enforce strict QA/QC and safety standards in line with project and regulatory requirements.
Track and report progress, identify risks or delays early, and implement corrective actions to keep works on schedule.
Maintain proper documentation including reports, inspection records, and as-built drawings.
Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment usage to ensure efficiency and cost control in a fast-track environment.
