Site Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Able to liaise effectively with all levels of management, architects, contractors, sub-contractors and relevant agencies.

• To set up CLQ in new development and ability to liaise with JTK and all relevant authorities.

• Prepare Master Work Programme.

• Monitor and control to ensure the completion and delivery of project within the budget and time specified.

• Liaise with the clients, Superintendent Officer and consultants on the matter relating to various project.

• Manage performance of sub-contractor, progress of work and cash flow.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or equivalent.

• Minimum 10 years of working experience in construction industry.

• Experience in high-end projects will be an added advantage.

• Must obtain valid CIDB card and competent construction manager by CIDB.

• Exposure to ISO 9001, 14001 and 18001 work culture is an added advantage.

• Strong leadership qualities and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
