Management - Area/Multi-site (Retail & Consumer Products)

• Supervise all repair and maintenance work at site e.g. electrical, drainage, plumbing, painting, road, road kerb, ponds toilets, washing of tomb and walkway.
• Ensure that machineries and motor vehicles are maintain according to schedule.
• Supervise the cleanliness of Columbarium, Ancestral Tablet Halls, Urn Pavilion and ponds.
• Supervise & mobilize the maintenance workers.
• Ensure that maintenance policies and procedures are followed.
• Set up of promotion and sales function activity at the site.
• Coordinate with Service personnel on hole excavation, burial and exhumation matters.
• Ensure that the burial hole are excavated and formatted to specification, canvases are erected, excess earth removed, surrounding areas are reasonably clean and tidy before the arrival of burial.
• Coordinate customer’s complaint and administration of tomb repair.
• Oversee temple service.
• Oversee tomb QC matters.
• Liaise with tomb contractor on customer complaint and technical matters.
• Ensure that all tombs are constructed within standard specification.
• Oversee the delivery of umbrella and incense burners to customers.
• Provide service at temple.
• Verify and confirm the correct burial plot before the arrival of the funeral procession.
• Coordinate and witness exhumation.
• Ensure the resting area is ready for the funeral procession.
• Supervise and ensure the equipment in Ceremony Hall in proper order.
