Site QS cum Admin - Construction (Based Kuantan)

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with Project Manager and Site Admin for data collection.
• Compile and provide regular updates on project progress based on the input received.
• Monitor and maintain accurate records of daily site attendance.
• Track project expenditure, including machinery costs, labour expenses, wages, utility bills, and materials.
• Other Administrative duties required from time to time

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in project administration or coordination, preferably in the construction industry with secretarial exposure.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Project Management software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders at all levels.
• Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
