Site Quantity Surveyor

Requirements:

• In-depth understanding of the constructional contract, including knowledge of construction industry standards, practices, and regulations.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with a focus on reaching fair and favorable resolutions.
• Able to work under tight schedules to meet deadlines. Able to transit among sites.
• High level of integrity, attention to details, and a strong work ethic. Commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in all aspects of contract management, including contractual preparation, administration, negotiation, enforcement and post-contract matters and final accounts at main contract level and sub-contract level.
• Assist in post-contract cost control and monitoring.
• Collaborate with internal and external parties to ensure effective communication and resolution of contractual issues.
• Assist in contract compliance and performance, ensuring adherence to contractual terms and conditions.
• Assist in providing guidance and support for other departments in all contractual related matters, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal requirements.
• Assist to coordinate contractual matters. To represent the company in meetings convened by client, if required.
• Assist to carry out any other duties may be assigned by management from time to time.
