Site Quantity Surveyor

Requirements:

• In-depth understanding of theconstructional contract, including knowledge of constructionindustry standards, practices, andregulations.
• Strong negotiation andproblem-solving skills, with a focus on reaching fair and favorableresolutions.
• Able to work under tight schedulesto meet deadlines. Able to transit amongsites.
• High level of integrity, attentionto details, and a strong work ethic. Commitment to deliveringhigh-quality work.

Responsibilities:

• Assistin all aspects of contract management, including contractualpreparation, administration, negotiation, enforcement andpost-contract matters and final accounts at main contract level andsub-contract level.
• Assist in post-contract costcontrol and monitoring.
• Collaborate with internal andexternal parties to ensure effective communication and resolutionof contractual issues.
• Assist in contract compliance andperformance, ensuring adherence to contractual terms andconditions.
• Assist in providing guidance andsupport for other departments in all contractual related matters,ensuring accuracy and adherence to legalrequirements.
• Assist to coordinate contractualmatters. To represent the company in meetings convened by client,if required.
• Assist to carry out any otherduties may be assigned by management from time totime.
