Qualifications & experience
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Science, or a related field is preferred
- Previously work in Construction Company (advantage)
- Sijil Penyelia Keselamatan Tapak Bina dari JKKP (required)
Tasks & responsibilities
- Develop, implement and maintain site safety programs
- Ensure compliance with OHSA, local state and federal regulations
- Update and revise safety protocols and procedures as necessary
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits of the construction site
- Identify potentital hazards and recommend corrective actions
- Ensure that all safety equipment and PPE are available and in good working condition
- Ensure all employees or subcon are aware and understand site-specific safety protocols
- Investigate all accidents, incidents, and near misses to determine causes and preventive measure
- Prepare detailed report on accidents and recommend corrective actions. Prepare safety reports and documentation to management and regulatory bodies.
- Maintain records of safety related incidents and ensure proper documentation
