Site supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Interior Renovation Site Supervisor

to oversee residential renovation projects from start to finish. The site supervisor will

be manage day-to-day coordinate works with subcontractors and ensure work

is completed to quality standards and maintain project timelines and cleanliness.

This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills and basic hands-on work.

*Key Responsibilities*

1) Site Management & Supervision

- Supervise daily on-site renovation activities.

- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors and material suppliers.

- Ensure work is completed according to drawings, specifications and building regulations.

- Monitor workmanship quality standards.

2) Project Planning & Scheduling

- Assist in developing project schedules and work plans.

- Track progress against deadlines and adjust schedules as needed.

3) Communication & Client Liaison

- Act as the main on-site point of contact for clients.

- Product basic daily reports and progress updates to client via whatapp.

- Resolve disputes or misunderstandings professionally and efficiently.

- Coordinate site inspections and handover.

- Coordinate with building management when nessesary.

4) Problem Solving & Quality Control

- Identify and resolve issues on-site.

- Inspect work at each stage to ensure compliance with project requirements.

- Ensure defects are corrected after handover.
