Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee all construction projects and report any irregularities.
• Ensure contractors meet timeline.
• Ensure all safety measures are taken.
• Communicate with all contractors on requirements of the job awarded.
• Purchase materials requested by contractors.
• Ensure all work done by contractors are aligned with company’s plans.
• Implement workarounds and options in order to meet objectives.

Job Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Experience in the construction industry.
• Able to read and interpret drawings.
• Assertive attitude and resourceful.
• Accountability for the project on hand.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
