SITE SUPERVISOR (CONSTRUCTION - HOUSING) - with Growth Opportunities

Job Description:

1) Assist project manager in planning, coordinating and managing construction projects to meet the time, cost, and quality objectives.

2) Establishing project scope and construction work schedule by using Microsoft Project program.

3) Supervising the inspection and testing of construction material.

4) Prepare the material, manpower and machinery estimation for each stage of the project.

5) Monitor and coordination the instruction works with subcontractors. These involves reinforcement inspection, progress report writing, construction drawing checking and RFI writing for clarification of discrepancy information.

6) Prepare daily/weekly site reports, progress photos and site measurements. 

7) Ability to focus and keep calm under pressure.

8) Supervise all construction activities are built in accordance to Construction Drawings and approved plans.

Job Requirement:

1) Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Degree in civil engineering or equivalent.

2) 3-5 years of construction site experience.

3) Self-motivated and responsible, have a positive attitude and a vigorous teamwork spirit.

4) Language language(s): Mandarin, English, Malay

5) Required skills(s): Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Autocad

6) Must possess Own Transport.

7) Working day : 6 days per week (Monday to Saturday 8am to 5pm)
