Site Supervisor - Continuous Learning Opportunities

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement project work plans and review them as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
• To lead, coordinate, and control all workers at the site and ensure all works are carried out following the contract requirements, drawings, specifications, and project schedule.
• Direct and supervise day-to-day operations of sub-contractors ensuring appliance of common operational procedures.
• Ensure material requisitions are issued in adequate time to achieve the Construction Program Schedule, and control, and monitor all plant and materials every week.
• Ensure all work is completed for the program.
• Fulfill the role of Temporary Works Co-Ordinator when required.
• Liaise with the Contracts Manager/Project Manager, Site Manager/Agent, and Contract Surveyor regarding cost control, waste management, variations, and confirmation of instructions.
• Carrying out safety inspections and fulfilling the health, safety, and welfare responsibilities as detailed in the Company’s Policy and in compliance with the project’s management system.
• Control and monitor site waste by the Company’s Site Waste Minimization and Management policy
• Create and maintain good relations with clients, design teams, and neighbours as well as any other stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, or Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in a relevant discipline.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field.
• Preferred language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Ability to identify, evaluate and resolve problems at sites.
• Full-time positions are available and are prepared to travel outstation.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills and able to work with minimum supervision
• Computer literate, able to use AutoCAD, Microsoft Project will be more advantage
• Able to start working immediately
