Site Supervisor - Residential / High Rise Project

Job Responsibilities:

• To ensure smooth operation and supervisory works at project sites
• Responsible for site activities progress, quality and safety
• Responsible and follow up to ensure good quality structural & architectural finishes in order to attain good Conquas or QLassic scores
• Assist Head of Project / Project Manager in contract administration and site management
• Prepare and review construction programme
• Liaises with clients, consultants or main contractor on all site matter; e.g. timely issuance of construction drawings follow up on drawings, amendments, etc.
• Coordinates with subcontractors on details, sequence and programme of work
• Ensures timely submittal and accuracy of progress reports
• Monitors and controls wastages of material at site

Job Requirements:

• Must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• Have a working experience in the related filed for this position especially in structure project.
• Excellent time management organization and focus on ability to priorities and multitask, with ability to focus on detail
• Competent industry knowledge

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
