- In-charge of carrying out structural / architectural activities at site
- In-charge of carrying out inspection works for structural / architectural with client / consultant representative and also with internal parties such as sub-contractors
- Able to understand construction structural drawing and able to coordinate with the architectural drawings
- To confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control at site
- To ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation
- To control and plan the site machinery inclusive keep track of periodic maintenance
- To liaise with Project Manager and Site Agent for planning and controlling the company inventories
- To liaise and coordinate with the Company main store on planning and controlling the inventories
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least SPM or higher education level
- At least 3 - 4 years of working experience in the related field
- Basic MS Excel, able to use APPs
- Possess good leadership, strong analytical and organisational skills
- Responsible, discipline, honest, hardworking, initiative, independent and a team player
