Responsibilities :-

• To assist the project team to monitor and supervise the construction works at the project, to ensure it meets the requirements in term of cost, quality and time.
• To ensure project meets the stipulated quality requirements by closely monitoring and supervising the work of the sub contractors and to take the appropriate actions timely to remedy any shortcoming.
• To check all construction drawings identify and highlight discrepancies, if any, and take the appropriate timely follow up action.
• To monitor, supervise and document the receipt, distribution, storage and usage of project site material in a way to prevent or minimize financial loss due to damage, wastage, poor handling, etc.
• To arrange, coordinate and monitor the work of the casual workers, to ensure optimum utilization of labour and quality of work carried out.

Requirements :-

• Supervision experience in building industries.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Able to handle project independently.
• Possess own transport.
• PC literate.
• Willing to travel.
• 2 positions are available.
