Snr Analyst, Credit Administrations (Corporate) - Exciting Challenge

Job Responsibilities:

• Review & Check Loan documentation to ensure credit terms comply with credit approvals and term sheets.
• Review and ensure that all the responsibilities and operational aspects are appropriately incorporated into the facility and security agreements.
• Responsible for ensuring all Pre & Post conditions precedent are met before disbursement of loan.
• Responsible for creation/approving of loan shell/limit within credit approval.
• Follow-up with relationship managers/operations department on outstanding documentations/subsequent conditions.
• Ensure complete, accurate and timely submission of credit-related reports to the authority.
• Ensure no breach of regulatory conditions, meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) and complete all tasks on time.
• Observe and ensure compliance to regulatory requirements on Customer Secrecy and Management of Customer Information and Permitted Disclosure in the course of work.
• Identify possible process gap and proposed for process streamline/automation.
• Authorized to verify operational actions that have been performed in accordance with the designated operation procedures, by verifying the details of transaction application forms and transaction data inputted in the system.
• Authorized to approve the acceptance and execution of transactions requested by customer.

Job Requirements:

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in Banking Operations/Administrations (Corporate).
• Experienced in Bank Credit Operations with knowledge of Credit Administration and Credit Analysis skills.
• Good understanding of Corporate Annual Financial Report such as Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash flow.
• Good knowledge of statutory requirements and/or related rules such as Basel 3, accounting standards (IFRS/US-GAAP) is advantageous.
• Professional qualification in Credit and/or Banking preferred.
