Penerangan Pekerjaan - Snr Exec, Claims Examiner

Summary In your new role, you'll lead the RI claims recovery team, ensuring compliance in key areas. Responsibilities include managing claims recovery, implementing performance strategies, overseeing administration tasks, and ensuring adherence to handling rules. Emphasis is on efficient operations, high performance, and compliance with regulations. To perform the following duties for Claims Division:

  • Providing guidance, direction, leadership and support.
  • Distribution of tasks to respective team members.
  • To manage a recovery team i.e. Salvage recovery, Reinsurance Claims recovery & Subrogation.
  • To initiate recovery i.e. KFK, third party insurer, reinsurer and handle recovery cases with service providers by case management basis.
  • Plan methods and initiatives to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the claims recovery operations including process which can be automated.
  • Monitoring on the achievement for the reduction of recovery impairment.
  • Handle ad-hoc projects i.e. system enhancement, new initiatives of the division, etc.
  • Prepare report and perform analysis for internal monitoring of claims related matter including recovery.
  • Monitor and measure savings.
Requirements
  • Bachelor degree in statistics, actuarial, or a related field
  • 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in claims recovery or a related field.
  • Proficiency in relevant computer applications and claims management technologies.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and demonstrate independence when required.
