Snr Executive Shipping & Receiving

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily inbound and outbound shipments.


• Ensure timely receipt of materials and delivery of finished goods.


• Prepare and verify shipping and customs documentation.


• Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.


• Ensure compliance with FIZ, Customs, and company procedures.


• Monitor inventory transactions and maintain inventory accuracy.


• Investigate and resolve shipment, receiving, and inventory discrepancies.


• Support cycle counts and physical inventory activities.


• Lead and guide shipping and receiving team members.


• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and service levels.


• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.


• Minimum 3 years of experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, or logistics operations.


• Experience in a manufacturing and FIZ environment preferred.


• Knowledge of import/export procedures and Customs regulations.


• Familiar with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalent.


• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.


• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
