Job Description
Support the dealing team in executing financial market transactions for the Bank’s clients, assist market analysis, and contribute to client relationship management while ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the team in executing client trades across treasury products including FX, fixed income, and derivatives.
Monitor market movements (FX, interest rates, bonds) and provide timely updates to the dealing desk.
Prepare proposal, pricing, quotations, and deal tickets for client transactions.
Ensure accurate and timely trade capture, confirmation, and reporting to clients.
Support client servicing by responding to inquiries and maintaining regular communication.
Build foundational relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for cross-selling bank products.
Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with internal controls, risk policies, and regulatory requirements.
Work closely with internal stakeholders including Risk, Compliance, Operations, and Legal to ensure smooth trade processing.
Assist in duties, preparing sales reports, P&L tracking, and performance analysis of client portfolios.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in a treasury environment, dealing room, or financial markets role (fresh graduates with strong internships may also be considered).
Basic understanding of treasury products including:
Foreign Exchange (Spot, Forward, Swaps)
Fixed Income instruments
Derivatives, i.e. Interest rate products (basic level), options, etc.
Strong interest in financial markets sales
Good numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
Detail-oriented with high accuracy in execution and reporting.
Team player with willingness to learn and grow.
PKMC / PPKM License holder
