We are on the lookout for a Social Media Content Creative Video Editor and Graphic Designer to bring our digital content to life. You will play a crucial role in creating visually stunning, attention-capturing, and engaging content that drives engagement and growth of our audience. You will be responsible for the production of both video and graphic content that aligns with our content marketing strategic goals. • Edit and produce high-quality, attention-retaining video content for social media, websites, and other digital platforms, contributing directly to our growing online presence.
• Design compelling graphics for marketing materials, social media posts, and advertisements, playing a vital role in our brand's visual storytelling.
• Design vibrant and impactful graphics for marketing collateral, social media, and digital ads. Functions under the organization's content creation directive, contributing ideas, concepts, and creative production to the impact and growth of the marketing strategies, allowing you to see your creativity influence real business outcomes.
• Ensure branding consistency and quality across all visual content, reinforcing your skills in maintaining brand integrity and visual coherence.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate new techniques and tools as appropriate, enhancing your knowledge and expertise in the latest design and editing technologies
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a very fluid, fast-changing, and fast-paced environment, honing your multitasking and time management skills in a real-world setting.

Experience:

• 6 months of experience in video editing and graphic design, providing a foundation to grow your skills further within our innovative team.
• Proficiency with common editing apps like Canva, Capcut, and AI tools such as Opus Pro, Midjourney, and others. Having Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) experience is an added advantage, offering you a chance to work with industry-standard tools and expand your technical capabilities.
• Experience working in a startup or highly on-the-go, on-demand dynamic environment is a strong plus, allowing you to thrive in our adaptive and fast-paced workplace.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and their design requirements, ensuring your work reaches and engages our target audience effectively.
• Knowledge of motion graphics and animation is a bonus, adding an extra dimension to your creative output.
