Job Description

• To develop and implement social media content strategies that align with the Company's goals to effectively communicate key messages and engage the audience. 
• To maintain consistency in content and ensure alignment with the brand history and plans. 
• To maintain a high awareness of relevant trending topics and news to identify content opportunities. 
• Maintain a consistent visual aesthetic across all social media platforms to reinforce brand identity and increase recognition. 
• Collaborate with the marketing and design team to brainstorm and generate content ideas that align with brand goals and target audience interests. 

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in related industry. 
• Possess at least a Professional Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or relevant field. 
• Proficiency in content creation tools and platforms, including Ai Photoshop, Canva, and video editing software. 
• Strong proficiency in social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, XHS, YouTube, etc.
• Proficiency in Mandarin preferred for handling Mandarin content. 
• Positive attitude, team player, and willing to collaborate with colleagues across departments. 
• Able to produce quality work with strict deadlines 
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects for different clients across various industries simultaneously
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Experience with social media analytics tools 
• Creative mindset with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects.
• Familiarity with graphic design and video editing software is a plus.
