INCITE GROUP specializing in providing innovative financial technology and retail management services to a diverse range of clients in Southeast Asia. Our group also owns and manages a diverse portfolio of restaurant chains that cater to a wide range of culinary tastes and dining experiences.
We are looking for a Social Media Executive will be responsible for supporting the marketing team to assist with food brands’ social media campaign planning & content creation.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Work with the Marketing Manager and collaborate with the Marketing team to help deliver key messages and support on marketing campaigns and activities.
• Ensure consistency of brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing platforms
• Manage social media accounts for all restaurant brands, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
• Ensuring the social media channels in use have regular, high quality and creative content output. Monitor social media metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
• Ensure increase brand visibility and engagement, and content aligns with the brand’s voice and messaging.
• Manage queries and messages, replying to people and engaging with audiences, known as community management.
• Staying up to date with all developments in social media, such as legal changes, new platforms and new features introduced
• Analyzing and reporting back on content, looking at key performance indicators and content types to make recommendations to inform marketing strategies.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• 2-3 years of marketing experience, preferably working experience in managing brand’s social media presence.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in using marketing tools and software (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Media monitoring software).

Good Writing Skills: Strong grasp of written English, including grammar and spelling, and the ability to write in a language that resonates with the audience.
Creative Thinking: Ability to create standout content, craft engaging messages, and quickly adapt to trends.
Time Management and Organization: Efficiently manage multiple social media channels, schedule content, and prepare performance reports.
Data Analysis: Extract, analyze, and interpret social media data to inform strategy and support decision-making.
Communication Skills: Strong communication abilities for collaboration with various stakeholders and clear dissemination of information.
Attention to Detail: Ensure content is free from errors, consistent with branding guidelines, and culturally sensitive
