Social Media Marketing Executive - Join a Market Leader

This is a full-time role for a Social Media Marketing Executive located in Damansara. The position is in charge of managing social media in english and chinese content (Facebook, Instagram, RED 小红书, tiktok), lead generation, content creation, digital marketing, and other marketing tasks. The marketing executive will work closely with other teams to ensure successful implementation of marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Responsibilites

• Manage and create content for social media platforms, namely Facebook, Instagram, RED 小红书 and TikTok, including creating content, propose marketing strategy, ensuring high-quality visuals and developing compelling creatives and captions for social media postings, while maintaining consistent brand voice adherence to brand guidelines.
• To populate and schedule approved content via social media tools.
• To work closely with the team in curating & creating social media content for lead generation
• To stay updated with social media trends and best practices to contribute to innovative content ideas.
• To monitor and report on the performance of the respective social media platforms and their content, identifying areas for improvement.
   

Job Requirements

• Degree in Marketing or any related field.
• Minimum 1 year experience in relevant field. Freh graduate with part-time marketing experience is encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, and online advertising.
• With communication and writing skills.
• Creative and innovative thinking with a results-driven mindset.
• Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
• Active user for RED and tiktok will be add on advantage.
