Social Media Operation Specialist - Urgent

Overview:

We are seeking a well-organized & detail-oriented person with enthusiasm for social media. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring day-to-day smooth department operation, procuring materials and resources, securing compliance, and conducting housekeeping of documentation.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way and maintain compliance.
• Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices.
• Procurement of resources to ensure smooth operations and oversee documentation efficiency.
• Formulate strategic and operational objectives.
• Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability.
• Manage budgets and forecasts.
• Perform quality controls and enhance department segmentation SOPs.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any equivalent field.
• Proven analytical, documentation, and administrative skills.
• Proficiency in work management software such as Monday.com, MS Excel and etc.
• Ability to manage through complexity to identify solutions and deliver results.
• Experience in budgeting and forecasting will be an advantage.
