Job Overview: As a Social Media Sales Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with our online community on Instagram and Facebook, responding to customer inquiries, and actively driving sales through these platforms. Your role involves building positive relationships with customers, showcasing our furniture products, and providing a seamless purchasing experience. This position offers an exciting opportunity to play a key role in our e-commerce success and contribute to the growth of our online furniture business.

Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement: Interact with customers on Instagram and Facebook, responding to inquiries, comments, and direct messages in a timely and professional manner.
Product Promotion: Showcase our furniture products through engaging content, images, and features to stimulate customer interest and drive sales.
Sales Closing: Actively guide customers through the sales process, provide product information, and facilitate the completion of purchases.
Relationship Building: Foster positive relationships with customers through personalized interactions, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Social Listening: Monitor social media channels for trends, customer feedback, and opportunities to enhance our online presence.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align social media activities with overall business objectives.
Sales Reporting: Track and report key metrics related to social media sales performance, providing insights to optimize strategies.

Job Requirements

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field is a plus.
Proven experience in social media management and sales, with a track record of success in the e-commerce or furniture industry.

Skills:

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers on social media platforms.
Strong understanding of Instagram and Facebook Business functionalities for promotional and sales purposes.
Creative mindset with the ability to create engaging and visually appealing content to showcase furniture products.
Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and effective manner.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics to track and report key performance metrics.
Expertise in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and managing sales-related information.
